5. Site Access and Preparation

5.1 Site Access: You are responsible for providing safe and unobstructed access to the installation site. Any delays or additional costs incurred due to inadequate site access will be your responsibility.

5.2 Site Preparation: You must ensure that the installation site is properly prepared, including clearing debris and obstructions. Failure to prepare the site may result in additional charges.

6. Warranty and Liability

6.1 Warranty: GROUND SCREWS VICTORIA warrants that our ground screw installation services will be performed in a professional manner and in accordance with industry standards. We offer a 180 day warranty on our workmanship.

6.2 Limitation of Liability: GROUND SCREWS VICTORIA will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including but not limited to loss of profits or business interruption. Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the State of Victoria.
